Our new Peugeot 208
We always get excellent service at Peugeot Abbey Lane Leicester and renew our car every 3 years. We use the just add fuel offer and Francis Morrisey always goes out of his way to give us the best deal. We know if there are any questions etc they will be answered quickly and with a good customer service response
1st class professional service
From the first call to the actual appointment the whole experience was first class. The COVID procedures clearly explained and visible on arrival. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Dootson, who is always very professional, explains all the options and his knowledge of the vehicles is excellent. Even when you go in for your service appointments he always makes time to chat. A true asset to Robins and Day.
Really looking forward to the day when I pick my new motor up.
Buying a the new 2008.
Made a phone call to Robins and Day to book a test drive of their new 2008 the sales person l spoke to Josh was very helpful he asked what day and time to take the drive as it was up to me.
On arrival l was made welcome and everything in the showroom was very clean and covid guide lines were in place.
Josh show me to the car and explain all the controls before allowing me to take the car out onto the road on return he asked me what l thought and if l was interested in buying one.
I was shown the model l was interested in and all the specification the car had to offer along with the range of colour the car came in.
Josh was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions l asked and at no time did l feel under pressure to make a purchase.
I was made welcome and felt comfortable all the staff in the showroom where friendly and the sales person Josh know his stuff.

They always make our family feel welcome and safe. There is never a dull moment with them.

I had spoken to John at Robins & Day…
I had spoken to John at Robins & Day about exchanging my car early on in June. I wasn’t sure whether to keep my car or invest in a new one.
After being phoned by a sales representative last Friday and explaining what I was looking for and my budget, I was pleased when they came back to me with a very good offer on an automatic, I have wanted an automatic for a while, after some problems with my left elbow. The team at Robins & Day have been excellent.

Received excellent service when purchasing a Peugeot through these guys. I dealt with Harry Wilson, Sales Advisor in the Morden showroom , who made the task of buying the vehicle painless, easy and stress free. Would recommend for sure.

Ive been getting cars from Peugeot (Maidstone) since I was first able to afford a car and have always been so well looked after. I had another lovely experience ordering my new car on Saturday, everything was explained through so patiently to me and was made to feel really comfortable. Really happy and can't wait until I can collect my new car now :)
Excellent Service
Had an excellent experience at the Maidstone branch. I've been with the Peugeot JAF scheme for 3 years and excellent service helped me to stay on for another 3. As an ex customer manager myself I can identify talent and Niall was very informative and is an excellent asset to the team showcasing a natural charismatic salesman approach over robotic. Good work Peugeot!

Apologies for the delay in leaving this review, the delay is NOT a reflection on the service I received at Robins & Day Liverpool. Previously I had a Peugeot 108. I Went into the showroom middle of June. Our journey started with Joe. From start to finish he was excellent. Without doubt the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and understood my needs and budget and gave the advice and recommendations to suit all of that! !
His follow up was also excellent! sending me emails throughout the process to keep me updated. Joe is a credit to the business and a true example of how a car salesman should be! so much so, My Fiancée has now booked in to come in and upgrade her car!!
