Deal to be done
4 months ago, I would have left a poor review after turning up to a pre arranged appointment and being kept waiting for 30 minutes, walking out and then not having a follow up call until last week. I am a long standing customer, so when I received a call the week before I expressed my disappointment and received an apology and arranged to go to the show room again. Initially I was offered a deal that was £60 more than I am currently paying which I obviously declined, but there is always a deal to be done and I am paying slightly less for my new car, than I am paying now. Service was excellent and up to the standard I had received in previous years, so thank you for that. You will continue to have my custom and I will continue to recommend you to friends and family.
