Fantastic Customer Service
Cannot recommend James Pilmer at the Sheffield branch highly enough. We made an appt through the online chat. About 30 minutes later James called me to confirm the booking for test driving and advised what to bring with me. I truly feel he could not do enough for us and there was no hard sell which puts me off. He was very knowledgeable about the car and services offered, answering our many questions. We got a really good deal and left feeling very happy. To top it all off James came in on his day off to hand over the car due to this being our only free day. What an asset Sheffield, please pass on our thanks and gratitude.

Robins and Day DS salon on Washway Road (Sale) Manchester. Don’t really know where to begin! Excellent service from Ryan and the service team yesterday when I took my DS7 Crossback in for service. Having had my DS4 Serviced there previously it really was a no-brainer with a lovely warm welcome more akin to a favourite family member than a customer. A quick turn around and very well priced. There was the added bonus of being remembered by Danielle in Citroen Sales who Sold my wife her C5 Aircross. The Robins and Day (Sale) experience is for me faultless and enjoyable, to the point that next year, my daughter’s first car will be brought from here despite the 20 mile journey into Sale past numerous other Dealers! Really can not recommend the DS/Citroen side of things enough!
Good service in Walton on Thames
Bought a used 208 from Robins and Day in Walton. The car has been fine and was also pleased with the prompt, efficient sales process. I traded in my old car and this was also handled without any bother.
Excellent service
Dropped my 66 plate 308SW in for full service and MoT at the Nottingham branch. Car all sorted and drives brilliantly. Excellent staff there in particular Richard a.k.a Rebecca on the service desk who was careful to explain exactly what was going to be done, and when I came back, exactly what was done. Car was also valleted which was nice. Once made a big mistake using an independent service place which ripped me off. Never again.
UPDATED - following the service I made a huge mistake wandering round the showroom . . . new 308 is now parked on the drive :-)
Great Croydon Sales
Great service from the Croydon sales team Ray, Ahmed and Brendan. They are happy to chat and answer queries. Good knowledge of the cars and swiftly sorted a test drive, and were flexible when my availability changed. They also swiftly sorted the paperwork and enabled me to drive off as a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend them and the peace of mind of buying a new or approved used car from them. Robins Day also provided good communication and were swift to answer my calls.
Just and fuel from Peugeot robins & day Preston
My partner and I went to Peugeot in Preston to have a look at a Peugeot108 on the just add fuel deal while we were looking around a gentleman called John Ioannou came over and asked if he could be any help. I explained what I was after and we went and sat down and John went through everything with me and never once did I feel pressured into doing a deal. I asked lots of questions and John answered everyone I ended getting a great deal and I would like to say John is a wonderful salesman and on Friday I picked up my new Peugeot 108 and on Sunday John rang to make sure everything was okay. I have to say I was given first class service

I wasn't thinking about changing my car…
I wasn't thinking about changing my car at present, but was happy to go along to explore my options. Ioana was helpful, patient and answered all my questions expertly, even though I asked some of them twice. She wasn't pushing for a sale, I felt in control and at ease throughout the entire process. I am picking up my new car tomorrow! She is an asset to the team at Edgware and it was a really pleasant experience and pleasure dealing with her.
Good and honest service, would go back in future ????
Had really good service from Chris. Came in to buy a Hyundai and trade in another car and he was open and honest with us and didn't try to mug us off. He made some really good recommendations for the car I was getting rid of which I appreciated.
