All done online and over the phone...ideal!

I saw the car I wanted online, didn't actually see it in person until it was delivered! I was in regular contact with 'Malcolm' from Kingston, who was great. Really friendly and helpful. The process of buying my new car, part exchange and delivery was easy. It was brought straight to my door all the way to Anglesey. I'm so happy with my purchase and have already recommended the garage to friends and family.

Outstanding Customer Service Care

Recently part exchanged with a new lease deal via the full on support and efficiency from the Chiswick, London branch. Special thanks to Zaid and Andrew in Sales, their efforts in customer service care was the best I have ever experienced. Will most definitely return to them for next exchange. Fantastic employees who I daresay will climb the success ladder very fast, what a tribute to Peugeot/Citroen.

I was guided through the whole process…

I was guided through the whole process step by step, my questions answered fully with explanations of every aspect. When I was not sure what I wanted, there was no pressure, instead I was shown pictures of choices to help with my decision. Laura was excellent! She left several times to speak to her manager to ensure I was being given the right information, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I did not feel rushed and she listened to what I wanted. Excellent service

Customer service - not your average motor/retail customer service!

Dimitris ( Please note from Chingford branch) is someone who has a very warm and calm persona, he offers exceptional customer service; there to provide you with information you need but not too over-burdening that you feel the customer service is “pushy”. He knew we knew what we wanted and we made sure we were specific, he offered us invaluable options that would be cost-effective, practical and pleasant for us. He really is, we believe a very warm, compassionate person who will provide you with a “personal” experience taking into your circumstances into consideration even to the point being efficient and quick in filling out all the mundane forms, one has to do when he can sense your baby is getting irritated and unsettled. We know there will be some wait for the car (due to worldwide issues) and he was very honest in what timeline he stated which we very much appreciated - honesty and a personal human to human demeaner goes a long way! 1st class Service

My experience with Ray from the Chislehurst branch, was 1st class. He is an asset to the company, a patient and thorough sales associate who knows his stuff. I am so glad I choose Robins and Day - they have lived up to their amazing reputation.

Good recovery on winning back business

After a one star review now amended to 5 due to new sales staff delivering excellent customer service. Thanks to Alec who called us back when he said he would and kept us totally updated. Also Chris on the service desk that convinced us to give the new sales team a chance after we service our old car last Month. Would now recommend this company.
