Bought an approved used Peugeot through Robins & Day Peugeot in Coventry. Very happy with it all, service was top-notch - Lee sorted me out a Covid-safe test drive, and made the whole process of buying a car stress-free. Nice service experience
Nice service experience, lots of space to wait and have a coffee & watch tv. Clean showroom & toilets at the small heath B'ham branch and prices are fixed so that helps.

This is the first time I’ve purchased a vehicle without all the sales jargon that normally comes with. Niall took me on the test drive and was very relaxed, friendly and genuine, and not pushy in the slightest which was much appreciated. Toni dealt with the sale and kept me up to date all the way, even on her days off making contact. She also didn’t pretend to know the minor details she didn’t, and this honest and straight approach is a good lesson for all business. In summary, it was a non stressful and pleasant experience. Special Rebecca and David Lee, was the best costumer service I have ever received. Purchasing my new car, I was so excited and happy and the team got together to make sure I could take the car home with me, at the same day as I asked to. Really patient and professional.
They haven’t stopped for a few hours to make sure they could follow my request and I can’t recommend them enough, or even thank!
