Experience has taught me to be sceptical, especially when dealing with garages - it’s normally Mr this Mr that when they want your business, and once monies changed hands it’s a different story. But I can honestly say the service manager at Robins and Day Staples Corner London, Steve Hearns, has been as good as gold with me. His honesty, his reliability, his going beyond the call of duty really is exemplary. If Vauxhall could only clone him and put one in all their showrooms, then the world would be a far happier place.
