Good recovery on winning back business
After a one star review now amended to 5 due to new sales staff delivering excellent customer service. Thanks to Alec who called us back when he said he would and kept us totally updated. Also Chris on the service desk that convinced us to give the new sales team a chance after we service our old car last Month. Would now recommend this company.

New Peugeot from Robins & Day, Chiswick
We dealt with Mirza Rasheed, who was charming and efficient throughout. We walked in with no appointment, he accompanied us on a test drive to our nearby house to make sure the car would fit in the garage and was very helpful with everything, including altering our pick up/handover time at the last minute. He was very patient in explaining the car's functions. We give him 10/10. The showroom is very calm and we were never hurried in any way.

An amazing service by Jack at the chelmsford branch for Peugeot.
After experiencing a severely poor service from another dealership of a different brand I was left feeling deflated and annoyed.
We walked into Peugeot and were instantly greeted with a pleasant welcoming atmosphere. We hadn't booked an appointment to discuss what we wanted and this was not an issue.
Within an hour we had looked at the car that we wanted, discussed all the details thoroughly and then ordered and paid. Jack gave great detailing and explanation of what the car we wanted had to offer.
Could not fault the service at all! The staff were friendly, polite and professional. Most importantly I felt valued as a customer and not rushed in any way. We left feeling a millions times better than I did when I first walked in.
