    Exceeds expectation all round

    Very professional. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. We took two vehicles for a substantial test drive and there was no pressure to make a decision. It was very much up to our pace and this was the ethos. We were not rushed at all and all of our questions were answered. We were made to feel very welcome and all the staff were friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Robins & Day. Also, I would like to recognise Gareth as he was very accommodating with us. He provided excellent customer care and nothing was too much trouble. I strongly recommend visiting Robins and Day if you are looking for a car, as the choice of cars is excellent and the customer care exceeds expectations along with the superb deal they were able to provide us.

    Visited Robin's day sale area. Searching for used car. Been out all day searching. Found one within 10mins. Spoke to malcolm. Very helpful,discussed all options. Offered good parts.     All done online and over the phone...ideal!

    I saw the car I wanted online, didn't actually see it in person until it was delivered! I was in regular contact with 'Malcolm' from Kingston, who was great. Really friendly and helpful. The process of buying my new car, part exchange and delivery was easy. It was brought straight to my door all the way to Anglesey. I'm so happy with my purchase and have already recommended the garage to friends and family.

    Outstanding Customer Service Care

    Recently part exchanged with a new lease deal via the full on support and efficiency from the Chiswick, London branch. Special thanks to Zaid and Andrew in Sales, their efforts in customer service care was the best I have ever experienced. Will most definitely return to them for next exchange.     I was guided through the whole process…

    I was guided through the whole process step by step, my questions answered fully with explanations of every aspect. When I was not sure what I wanted, there was no pressure, instead I was shown pictures of choices to help with my decision. Laura was excellent! She left several times to speak to her manager to ensure I was being given the right information, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I did not feel rushed and she listened to what I wanted.     Customer service - not your average motor/retail customer service!

    Dimitris ( Please note from Chingford branch) is someone who has a very warm and calm persona, he offers exceptional customer service; there to provide you with information you need but not too over-burdening that you feel the customer service is “pushy”. He knew we knew what we wanted and we made sure we were specific, he offered us invaluable options that would be cost-effective, practical and pleasant for us. He really is, we believe a very warm, compassionate person who will provide you with a “personal” experience taking into your circumstances into consideration even to the point being efficient and quick in filling out all the mundane forms, one has to do when he can sense your baby is getting irritated and unsettled. We know there will be some wait for the car (due to worldwide issues) and he was very honest in what timeline he stated which we very much appreciated - honesty and a personal human to human demeaner goes a long way! Thank you Dimitris for all the lengths you have gone through today to minimise stress for us through this process. Mrs Khanom
