We have been extremely pleased with our current Peugeot 3008 1.6 Diesel, GT Line Premium, which we bought from Robins and Day Chelmsford in March 2018. I had a call from Jack Quire at Robins and Day on 21st July regarding changing to a new model with the same specification, and have been in today, 24th July, to sign all the paperwork, and we collect our new car on 30th! I recently purchased a new car at this dealership and I thought the experience and process to be pretty quick and painless. Very down to earth team and Akeel was very knowledgable and helpful. I do think in general the company could really improve their own customer experience and internal admin by using a paperless app. I left with more printed documents than I brought :)5 years agoVery happy!!
