The repair was swift and professional although the process of ordering the parts took three weeks including the booking of an appointment for the actual repair!

Paul was great. Went into edge lane branch for first car for my daughter. Happy polite man, time to talk not pushy. Went home thought about and bought the car the next day. Very accommodating and great friendly service from Paul.

Really great Customer Service and Care. I was kept fully informed of the inspection of my car, all findings and then a plan for things that needed to be done or could wait with costs. I found the garage to be really well informed and happy to explain elements so that I have a clear understanding and no surprises with costs.
Great service they came and pick my car…
Great service they came and pick my car up from work. Then returned it just before I finished work payed over the phone the price I was quoted great value. Car came back washed and hoovered inside the service team kept me informed throughout the day while they had my car to let me know what was going on. I received a video health check of my car which showed what had been done. I will always use this service

Arrived at the time agreed and waited…
Arrived at the time agreed and waited until my car had its MOT. Offered coffee twice while I waited in the very good waiting area. I was notified my car was ready with nothing wrong and it had been washed as well. Cannot complain about the excellent service I received and would recommend you to anybody.
