All requirements satisfied . Robert was most helpful and courteous throughout to process . Even set my sat nav for ride home . Superb . I also felt that the offer on my car met my highest hoped for price so felt happy paying the balance required for purchase . Over-all a great experience .

Excellent service

After a bad experience at another car dealership, we visited Robins and Day after seeing an advert on Auto Trader for a newly used vehicle. The service received from Tim Spencer was second to none. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful without the sales patter and kept me updated throughout the sale. Would definitely recommend and will use Robin and Day again.

A very easy and pleasant experience

During our stroll every evening we checked out the cars in Robins and Day car selection in Finnieston. Have been thinking about changing our car. Spotted the perfect car and went into the showroom as soon as it was open again. Connor Jefferson the salesman was so helpful. We took the car for a test drive and that was it. Couldn't have had better service from Connor and so glad we dealt with him. Everything went very smoothly.

Robins and Day Leicester 5* service

As a family we were looking to trade in our big 4x4 and get a smaller more economical family car instead. We had actually visited another large dealership up the road but had received such poor customer service from the staff that we did not wish to buy from there (Citroen). An impromtu visit to Peugeot Leicester changed the car buying experience for us. We were greeted and treated with respect (not like a joke like the other garage) and given enough space and time to view the cars with no pressure. Salesman Kully then sourced a car from their main stock and bought it to Leicester for us to view and test drive. We loved the car as it was exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure to purchase any extras and the transaction was as smooth as it could have been. The manager and Kully were both brilliant and so helpful and courteous so much so we'll be taking out a service plan for our car to be serviced at this garage. We will also be looking to upgrade our second vehicle here now when the time comes. We couldn't fault the service at Leicester and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to make a new purchase.

purchase of a Peugeot 3008 suv

After getting in touch with Mr John Trice regarding a car he was quick to arrange an appointment,and explained on the phone the safety procedures that have been put in place at there branch, on arrival I was appointed Mr Jake Quire from the sales department to deal with my needs. Jake swiftly made his way to collect the car from there garage lockup where the car had been overnight after been sanitized for my arrival that day. Jake offered to go through all the controls with me prior to my test drive but as have driven Peugeot's before i declined,he then briefly gave me an overview of the area as i was not familiar with Chelmsford and was told to take the time that i needed to try the car out, after around 30mins I returned and decided to purchase the car, i received a fair price for my vehicle, I found Jake to be polite and professional throughout the sales process with no sales pressure he also had a good knowledge of the history of Peugeot the brand and he car he was selling, I am now waiting to pick up the car as Jake has arranged for some imperfections that i spotted on the vehicle to be sorted out before the finale purchase and exchange of documents are done.

Even at 100 miles well worth the visit!

With no DS dealer in Milton Keynes this was a 100 mile roundtrip to get my new DS3 Crossback it's first service. I wanted to book a service plan and to make the trip worthwhile get mudflaps fitted at the same time. I called, as requested, a couple of days ahead to make sure the mudflaps were ordered and that everything was on track. My expectations were high. Even dispite a problem with the service plan my experience was probably THE BEST I have experienced at any premium car dealership. Josh Williams was calm, professional and friendly. The set up for DS customers' ...perfect! Nothing was of too much trouble, the courtesy car was a like for like and 'drop off' was arranged around my needs not the dealership. Confirmation that DS is on the right track. THANK YOU Josh and Iky.
