Bought a Deisel Auto Combo. Scott was very helpful and patient with me.. finally made the deal. They drove it down 2.5hrs away for me. Unfortunately, there was a thumping and splatting noise when braking. Wasn't best pleased. But Scott and Manager Mark went out of their way to give me a brand new courtesy car while they had a look at the problem. Sods law the noise stopped on route to meet them. Both Leah and Mark made it a pleasure to order a new corsa electric car. From the 1st time we went into the showroom, Leah was both welcoming and professional. She dealt with various questions we had and arranged a test drive the following morning. We were made to feel completely at ease by both Mark and Leah. Leah told us she is an apprentice, she is a, credit to the company. We recommend visiting this company for great customer care and professionalism. Scott attended to us in the used car purchase process with Stellantis and you, Crawley. I have been put off dealing with many sales staff at dealerships either because they are either pushy and pressurizing or uninterested in the deal. Scott struck a perfect balance between these 2 extremes by being genuinely interested in the transaction but not being very pushy. He offered a longish test drive of the car to 2 of us (my friend and I) - this is where many sales people fail by being lazy in offering a test drive and never letting the customer experience the car they are about to purchase. He also suggested a finance option where the customer ultimately gets a benefit in the process. He also gave us a lot of time to mull over the purchase decision. He also informed almost at the time of closing the deal that our deposit was refundable. You get the vibe already - a very helpful, non pushy, chatty sales person at a dealership.. quite liked the experience and would gladly recommend.
