Thank you Robins and Day Sale for fixing the issues on my van after it had been worked on at another garage.
From booking the vehicle in to collection I was kept up to date via email and phone calls on what was happening by not only the very helpful Ricardo but also staff on the shop floor.
There was a short wait for some parts, but that was to be expected as not everything can be kept on site but as soon as they arrived the work was completed promptly.
I am the type of person who usually gives a 4 out of 5 type of review to allow for room for improvement but in this instance I am struggling to find where improvements could have been made.
Thank you to the whole service team and thanks again Ricardo for keeping me informed every step of the way you all went above and beyond.

I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Mr Mcneill was very patient and explained all the details and options available to me. As I was without my own transport, he even picked me up from the Railway Station and took me back afterwards. I cannot praise the garage more highly and look forward to having the car looked after by the staff. I first came to the garage some months ago when I had a problem with a door/ignition key and the mechanics were most efficient and pleasant as were all other staff there. Thank you all!
