Helpful sales advisor and very happy with the process so far.
The sales advisor was extremely helpful without being too pushy. Various options of specification were discussed with advice & pros & cons given, without being directive.
Only negative would be the lack of parking but the reason for this was explained.

We have been dealing with Scott for the past few years. He has proved to be very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting us the best deal for the new car. We have no reason to change from using Robins and Day in the future.
Absolutely amazing experience
Absolutely amazing experience, went in to enquire about trading in my partners car and ended up trading in mine as well. Very supportive in terms of what we were looking for and not pushy towards sales at all. Spent a long time here but was very taken care of by Chloe. Great customer service!
Great Service - Great Experience
My wife and I visited the Chelmsford branch to discuss replacing our 5 year old Peugeot. We were unsure whether to stick with the same model or downgrade one level and also whether to get new or used.. all whilst keeping within our budget (a lot of options to consider!).
We were greeted by Leona who explained that she had only been with Peugeot for 3 weeks and consequently may need some assistance from colleagues. No problem...we were in no hurry. We were offered tea and coffee (we won't mention the saga with the milk :)) and then settled down.
After Leona took some initial details and explained finance options etc. we were joined by John the Manager and the hunt for our next car began.
Nothing was too much trouble for Leona or John and after many hours spent discussing options, changing our minds, test driving, John sourcing available cars etc. (during which time my wife and I went to lunch and came back an hour later!) the deal was done and we now await delivery of our new car.
We thank Leona and John for their patience and good humour, which helped to make our visit a pleasurable experience.
