I recently purchased a used Citroen from Robins & Day while also part-exchanging my existing car. The sales process was very easy with no pressure whatsoever. We had time to test-drive our preferred car and compare it to some of the other models in stock. When it came to negotiation there was no funny business and we quickly arrived at a mutually agreeable deal. It took about a week to arrange collection but this part of the process was also painless with all of the paperwork being processed efficiently. Of course we've only had the car a few days but so far so good.

The whole process of my vehicle's recent service was very efficient in terms of work completed as required, punctuality, provision of a courtesy car and administration. My only suggestion for improvement would be a few moments spent ensuring that the courtesy car was fully explained in terms of its essentials (in this case an electronic handbrake) and that it is driven to a forecourt area where an easy exit can be accessed. Operating an unfamiliar vehicle in a tight parking space could result in an unnecessary accident.
