Excellent service, great listening, accurate product knowledge
After several examples ranging from automated replies to mediocre to uninterested, I was particularly pleased to speak with Anthony at this Citroen Dealer after being recommended to them by a family friend. The first person I spoke with dealt with me, answered my questions accurately and fully, gave me time to think about my potential purchase then finally provided me with a quotation based exactly on our conversations. Needless to say, I progressed and have now ordered my new car and look forward to receiving it later this year.

The AA took the car to you and the following day we were phoned by Dave from the service department. He said they would investigate and get back to us- this he did later that day and explained the fault ..
We were kept informed throughout as we progressed and to our delight had the car ready to pick up only two days later .
We were so impressed with the service and communication at all times and so grateful for the care and service provided.
