I have been a customer for quite a few years, the reason I always come back to Robin Day is because of the service. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to go that extra mile. David Connor always makes sure I understand everything and takes time to explain things I may not be sure about. I've never had any trouble with the cars so have never needed to complain.3 years agoPoor communication
I paid £99 to reserve a vehicle online and was contacted by a lady who gave me an appointment time to view the vehicle. I was approached by Richard Smutec who tried to find my appointment on the computer system but could not find it. He was most apologetic and went out of his way to locate the vehicle I had come to see.Richard found that the vehicle was in the workshop having work done on it and so I would not be able to test drive it. He did arrange at my request for the vehicle to come out of the workshop so I could inspect it.He also arranged for me to test drive an equivalent vehicle. Although this was not a very good start Richard went out of his way to do a good deal and I did agree to purchase the vehicle.I felt sorry for Richard as he was put in an embarrassing position through no fault of his own but I do feel that the communication between the people who arrange the appointments and the dealership does need to improve.3 years agoWent in today to the VIP event.

I have been a customer of Robins & Day for a number of years with a number of cars purchased through them and the level of service has always been excellent. As usual we had a very personal and professional service from Nick. He takes the time to explain things clearly and gave us time to consider all the options before purchasing the right car for us. We went out for a test drive on our own so there was no added pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robins and Day at Cribbs Causeway, in particular Nick. It is an enjoyable experience for somebody who doesn’t enjoy changing cars.3 years agoPeugeot Sale Showroom visit
I was invited by Peugeot in Sale to discuss my options as my vehicle contract was coming to an end. I was was talked through my options by Paul Hart who was professional, courteous and friendly throughout. There was no pressure to buy another vehicle but he gave me a very good valuation on my current car and sorted me out with a deal which I was happy to accept.
