The only reason it’s a 4 star not 5 star is that the part that was fitted following a recall was faulty and so the following week the car was back in the garage!!

We don't buy a new car often...
We don't buy a new car often so we were a little anxious to be looking at spending several thousand pounds! However, we needn't have worried because as we spotted the car we had gone to see, we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming sales advisor (Tim Farrow) who put us at our ease straight away .He offered us a test drive and sensing our nerves, found a quiet spot to test drive the car. The car we were looking at offered us a lot of tech that we had not previously come across and Tim patiently and clearly explained it all. By now, we had decided to buy the car and again, Tim took us gently through the process.
At no point in our visit did we feel pressurised in any way and what we thought might be a stressful situation turned out to be gentle, informative and fun! Thanks to Robins and Day for their excellent customer service and of course, to Tim Farrow in particular.
