Exceptional Customer Service
My experience with Robins & Day has been absolutely brilliant. This covers fact finding about the model I am interested in, through to placing the order, and includes arrangements for a part exchange with my existing vehicle.
I have dealt with Laura at the Liverpool dealership. She is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She definitely goes out of her way to achieve great customer service.
She even instigated a special negotiation with the manufacturer, to obtain a special deal on a factory order, which met my hoped for terms.
Quite exceptional!
The car has yet to arrive, but I am confident that all will go well and on time, whilst the process is being managed by her.

Went to Robins and Day to look at ordering my next new car. I am currently on my 4th Peugeot and have had very good service from Robins and Day over the years. Our salesman Tim was very knowledgeable about the cars and what our chosen car offered. He kept us up to date with expectation dates and was flexible when it came to delivery date.

The motobility salesman Mike was very knowledgable and went out of his way to allow us to test drive the vehicle.
He explained everything that was required for the process.
We were anxious as we had to travel from the wirral to Liverpool with there now not being any dealership on Wirral selling new cars but he put us at ease .
