Mariam was really professional and her excellent customer service was on another level. Me and my partner wasn’t really planning to purchase a vehicle today. However, there was no pressure, but because of her excellent customer service, she took time to understand our needs and explain features in each car, we ended up getting a vehicle that suited us much better. My husband and I attended a prebooked test drive at R&D DS this morning. Robert Mclaughlin was friendly, knowledgable and took great interest in our needs. We were gutted the car we test drove wasn't right for us but Robert was understanding and gave us time to discuss the other models due on the market in the future.
