Exemplary customer service by a member of staff turned what was a difficult situation into a worthwhile visit to Stellantis Birmingham North. When I arrived the first person I spoke to told me my car was not booked in. We had a very awkward exchange. My car was in fact expected. At this point Ismail took over and went out of his way to try and smooth the situation. He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to what the problem was, explained why I was having issues with my car and advised on a solution. Ismail is a definite asset to the front of house team at Birmingham North. I would also like to commend Luke for his time in discussing the problems with me. The only reason I've not given a 5 star review is because of the attitude of the first person I encountered.

A Great Buying Experience
We found the car we wanted in another area. Our local dealer arranged for it to be transferred locally for us. We had a brilliant experience with Izzy Nichols. She was so friendly & helpful. great experience throughout
Saw the listing online, enquired about a question I had for the vehicle. Allison came through and sent a personalised video showing me the vehicle and including the enquiry I had with the car. After securing the payment, we went to the dealership and it was pretty nice, clean and spacious. There was a sitting area with couches and free coffee and other drinks while you wait. Vehicle transfer and other stuff went fine and after that, got the keys and went off.
Overall fantastic experience for my first car and dealership. Allison was there to answer my questions and overall being helpful!!

I recently picked up my car from Aislinn at Stellantis Guildford and I have to say, the service was nothing short of exceptional. She talked me through all of my options and explained everything in a way that made me confident in my purchasing decision. The manager, James, also was a big help in tailoring our finance to suit us perfectly and always being available for questions when Aislinn wasn't.
