Felt valued

My first trip to this dealership , which was definitely worth the journey and the ones that were interested in selling me a car at a good price in these difficult times. Have been to many dealerships and was either completely ignored, or would forget I was due a test drive. Luke was knowledgeable about the product and most of all I felt valued. First brand new purchase and they won the day!

Bought a second hand Peugeot from Florentina at Edgware. I phoned in advance for an appointment to view some cars on a Sunday with my newphew and we felt totally unhurried and Florentina was patient, professional but also gave a personal touch. We went oout for a test drive and although we had not intended to buy on that day we decided it was just what we wanted. Excellent service. Well done Florentina.

Dealt with sales person Brody Smith who was very helpful with regards to test drive and all information i needed to complete purchase very professional and got the best deal for me.The only down side was having spent nearly £35000 the manager could not be bothered to introduce himself on any of the 2 occasions i was in the showroom not very good customer service in my opinion
