My overall experience with your Hayes showroom was excellent. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable listened to my requirements and was able to furnish me with a car I was very pleased with. From ordering to now awaiting collection the vehicle is now in your dealership and for me an excellent turnaround from ordering to delivery. Would I recommend your dealership to friends and family I would have no hesitation.

Andy Willcott at Coventry was great! Thank you Andy for being so patient with us as we making lots of enquiries about a new car. Thank you too for helping us understand the Motobility and how this could work for us as my husband is in receipt of a PIP benefit. Feedback on recent purchase

I have been with Robins and Day for many years. All the staff are so friendly and there is always a warm welcome. I usually deal with Caroline Lydiate who is exceptionally pleasant to deal with. She has a vast wealth of knowledge about the cars and products and is always willing to go that one step further to help. She keeps in touch when necessary but never puts any undue pressure on me when I have changed my cars.
