Continued good service

I've been using this Citroen dealership since it opened, for servicing and replacing my car. Their customer service is easy, straight foreword and fuss free. I've never had a major issue with them and they offer reasonable value for money. I've just changed vehicle again and, once again, I've been very happy with the service offered.

The car was booked in for an annual…

The car was booked in for an annual service MOT and to look at the air conditioning. It was picked up from the house in the morning as arranged by a very pleasant young man. Later in the day they phoned to say the car was all ready and would be returned. The work they had done was explained and agreed and the car was returned home. It was an excellent job done and I was kept informed every step of the way. would certainly recommend Robins and Day and the staff.

Fantastic dealership in Guildford. I had been struggling to find a suitable car and previous dealerships were applying pressure to make a sale making it stressful and in fact forcing me away instead. James made the whole situation extremely stress free and smooth, this in fact made me more happier to purchase the car i wanted! Super efficient and helpful and very well mannered. Highly recommend! I traded in my old car and bought a new 3008 from Robins & Day. The service was excellent and particularly from Paul Hart in Sales who answered all my questions and did a thoroughly professional job without being overbearing.
