From the time of first contact to discuss the purchase of the vehicle I have experienced excellent service such as curtesy, concern and care, prompt service in resolving problems and moving forward. David Derby who was my contact was most helpful and willing to address all my concerns. I was amazed at the speed at which he organised the purchase of the vehicle. He was most accommodating in working around my specific need relating to health issues.

Ordered my car through Kaz Sohal at Robins and Day Coventry and had a first class experience. Best experience of a salesman I have had, very genuine, empathetic and honest so would highly recommend him.
Overall a good experience
It was difficult to find somewhere to park my car when I arrived. Although reception was busy I was seen promptly by one of the service staff. Everything went well, my car was ready when I asked for it.
I minor problem I have found is that the trip recorder will not reset.
