High standards of customer care

I was a day late to order my New car, I’m disabled with complex issues. I was greeted by a lovely lady Danella in Chiswick branch who has the best communication skills I’ve seen. She explained in ways I understood the car before even sitting in it. She showed how much effort she puts into a customer and I never felt rushed at any time. I’ve had a few cars and I must say I’m sticking here as I feel cared for and assured my customer is worthy.
