Excellent customer service
My partner and I visited Peugeot at Maidstone to enquire about a new lease contract for next year, when our current contract runs out with Peugeot. We were introduced to Andrew Morfey who went through all the details, and sadly provided the realisation of how much leasing had increased in price. Andrew went above and beyond and then some to show us alternatives, some of which would not have been beneficial to Peugeot, but as he told us at the time, he just simply wanted to help us to reach our goal of getting a car, which was quickly looking financially unlikely. I can honestly say that I have never been as impressed with a sales advisor as much I was with Andrew. He’s empathy and willingness to help along with a totally non pushy approach was outstanding
I’m sure the other sales advisors at the dealership are as equally as professional but I can only comment on my experience with Andy, and as such I would have to say that if you are looking to purchase a Peugeot go and see him.
I’m happy to say that we did manage to find a deal with Andy for which he worked very hard to make fit our budget, which we had no choice but to accept would increase, but it was made easier by the excellent customer service we received. Thank you

Staff amazing. When an issue with insurance arose they very quickly were on the case and defused the issue.
Have been more than helpful (Asad especially) in try to obtain replacement vehicle after ours was written off.
