FEEDBACK ON SERVICE MANAGER AT NEWPORT IN WALES

Nicholas Pearce the after sales manager at the branch has been a superstar over the last few years .We bought our citroen in the back end of 2019 .Initially we had some challenges dealing with the staff, however when i was introduced to Nick he asked me to deal with him in the future and has since taken care of all my needs. He is very knowledgeable and with clear and transparent communication was able to manage our expectations. Very well done Nicholas, keep up the good work.

New Car Purchase!

We came in to Robins and Day Peugeot - Manchester on Sunday afternoon as we were looking to purchase a new car and wanted to test drive it first. Wendy looked after us from the moment we entered the dealership and arranged a test drive for us. Once we had driven the car, we had our car valued and started looking at options for the new car. Wendy was really patient with us, we didn't do the deal on the day, but the next day I contacted her with some questions and we went back and forth a little bit and again Wendy was really patient with us and really helpful. We agreed a deal that we were happy with that was in our budget on Monday afternoon. On Tuesday everything was agreed and we received our order form with all the details on and Wendy gave us an estimated delivery date, which we are very excited for. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon with an update on the build date and progress! Thank you again for all your help!

Met Tim who was a non pushy salesman. Answered every question ,nothing was too much trouble.good atmosphere. Great coffee.bought a car .

James was the perfect person to deal with when buying a vehicle; clear, honest, friendly but never pushy. Gave us up-to-date information without bombarding us, respected what we knew already, and took justifiable pride in his product and company. we would definitely recommend him and Peugeot.

Had a fantastic experience with Paul who was very friendly and honest which is normally difficult to come by at a car dealership. There was no pressure and he helped me find a good car at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent. Service Department

The service department at Robins and Day Chingford excellent. you get a quote before you go and provided nothing extra is wrong the quote is accurate. The personnel that book you in are extremely polite, happy to explain anything and go above and beyond to make sure that your experience is good. I can recommend this service department highly. As an extra bonus they valet the car for you, my car has never looked so shiny!
