Superb! Malcolm who handles Motability is so patient, knowledgable, he spends time ensuring you as the customer are happy with everything, nothing is too much trouble! This is our 3rd car with Malcolm and he makes the change so easy. Super excited for our new Peugeot E3008 Stellantis is always our first choice

Purchase of brand new DS4.
From ordering the car right through to delivery, Dan Elliott DS concierge, provided an excellent level of customer service with helpful, friendly and professional communication throughout the whole process. He helped make the purchase of this beautiful car pretty seamless. I would highly recommend both the DS4 car, and DS Salon, (Birmingham North) to prospective buyers.

Got there and was greeted and went through docs and signed for car. Then taken to my new car and explained everything on the car and also connected my Mobile. Could not ask for any more customer service.

My daughter purchased a Ford Puma ST from here and what a great reception we were given by Leah, although Leah was a “newbe” she was very adapt at her job. A few small issues were dealt with by her manager, Scott and subsequently Mark who authorised new tyre a wheel refurbishment all of whom could not have been more helpful. A dealership that is worthy of praise!
