Cannot thank Gerald enough
Myself and my mum came to Stellantis & You UK - Peugeot Wembley to choose a vehicle through the motability scheme and had an appointment with Gerald . When we arrived we was greeted by Gerlad himself , he offered us both a hot drink and also a drink for my 3 year old daughter , which I thought was very polite. We didn't feel rushed at all and he explained everything down to the very last detail. He gave us time to look around and was overall very patient and very helpful and most importantly very kind and very polite. Gerald is a great asset to your team and you should be very proud of how well he works and how good he deals with customers. I have nothing but praise for Gerald , thankyou so much for the wonderful experience. Myself and my mum left the showroom feeling very happy & very satisfied ????
Stellantis & you Redditch, the only Citroen dealer you need
After trying Citroen Birmingham where the customer service level is beyond poor I contacted the redditch dpt for help via email, where my email was responded too in a timely and polite manner by an after sales manager Dean, who quickly helped me get my daughter back on the road leaving me very grateful for the service he went above and beyond to help with! If you got a Citroen and need help I highly recommend contacting Stellantis &you redditch ????????????????

As I'm disabled I find it difficult to do things but everything was done for me they collected my car and dropped it back with no hassle for me and I felt relaxed through all the process.

I cannot thank Sohail Gaba enough, once again, for his thorough and attentive manner when we came in to discuss changing my car. There was no pressure in his approach to the sale, he covered all our questions with excellent knowledge and insight. We have previously worked with Sohail on many occasions when sorting out car sales for myself, my husband and our daughters, and every time we have received outstanding customer service. It is a very reassuring feeling when you know you are in safe hands with Sohail when it comes to car salespeople.
