Great customer service from Paul Mereton
I received great customer service from Paul Mereton when my purchasing my car. Paul was able to deal with any queries I had, organised test drive and appointments at times that suited me (even on his day off!) and made the whole purchase very straightforward and quick. I had lots of queries re the extended warranty which Paul was able to cover so that I was able to make an informed decision.

Excellent service at stellantis brentford
The gentleman Christopher was excellent. I am deaf and he explained everything. I got a helpful health check on the car as well. All in all I am very happy with both front office and back of house services. Price was pretty good too ????

Had an issue with my car and they were able to accommodate me to bring my car in at short notice. Connor and Glen were helpful and there's nothing I would change.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, from the start and even until this day. I got my first electric car from this garage. The advice, support and knowledge from Gary about the car was above expectations. I was looking at getting an electric car for a couple of months, and after going to multiple garages, I finally fount Stellantis in Preston. I wasn’t rushed and hassled like you are in some places. It was all in my own time. Can’t recommend the garage enough! The Peugeot e-208 is an absolute fantastic car! ????
