I recently purchased a used Peugeot 2008 from Stellantis Coventry (Kara), and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the same level of respect and attentiveness as if I were purchasing a brand-new vehicle. Initially, the car I had my eye on was no longer available. However, the sales team quickly found an excellent alternative that suited my needs perfectly. What stood out to me was the complete lack of pressure; I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision, which made the process smooth and enjoyable. Post-sale, I encountered a few minor issues with the car. This is where Stellantis stepped up. The service team addressed all concerns swiftly and professionally, and resolved every problem without any fuss or objection. I was provided with courtesy cars while a sensor was replaced, ensuring that I was not inconvenienced during the repairs. Throughout my interactions with both the sales and service teams, everyone was incredibly polite and professional. Even when I expressed my frustrations (which happened a couple of times), they remained patient and accommodating. Overall, my experience with Stellantis exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and the service provided. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car. Their commitment to customer service and satisfaction is truly exceptional. One tip - if I were doing this again I would probably have put a deposit on the car I saw online. I'm naturally wary of parting with money upfront, but I'd now be confident that it's a no-obligation thing, and that if I just said no thanks it would be returned on the spot. I'm pretty much sold on using main dealerships from now on.

Segal my service adviser gave regular updates and kept me informed through all stages of my progress on my car . Service manager komal also kept me informed on progress as of when my adviser was not available.

Gazinder is great

This review is purely for Gazinder. My opinion about other aspects of the business are wobbly at best. Gazinder has been an absolute pleasure to be looked after from the order of my car to the hand over. He’s polite, friendly and easy to talk to. I am a very regular customer of Stellantis & You Peugeot Stockport, and I’m always in need of different work for different vehicles through my job as a Fleet Manager. The Service Team are fantastic. They are always helpful, informative and will do anything they can to keep me mobile and up-to-date if there is a delay. I’ve taken to booking another vehicle in with the team when I return to collect a previous one, and the whole process runs smoothly. I know I can rely on the team to get my work completed ASAP, especially if I’m in need of a quick turnaround. Special shout out to Danny and Matt on service who always do what they can to help.
