Wasn't pressured into making a decision
As far as salesmen go, Callam couldn't have been nicer, down to earth, had a laugh and a joke, ultimately made the buying experience enjoyable, great to see a young lad doing it different, the car was immaculate on pickup, and they fully serviced it for us.

I was reluctant to use Stellantis &You after a very poor experience at their Wimbledon garage last year. However, I could not fault any part of the process of getting my car serviced at Stellantis &You Croydon. There was no waiting when I arrived or when I collected the car, which had been cleaned inside and out. The people I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful or courteous.

Lauren Dean is brilliant 10/10, From the moment we began using vauxhall nearly 20 years ago from booking my grandparents, parents, our children's and friends cars in, servicing and fixing my family cars to now selling my family amd friends cars.
The phone line is tricky at times to get through to the right person, branch or department which is a shame.
Lauren's communication with us is perfect, smooth and efficient and she addresses any issues we have had.
Lauren is passionate about her work and her customers and you can see that and always professional she goes out her way to help if possible.
I came in to the dealership Lauren was off when I found someone who wanted to speak to me after asking if Lauren was around and rudely told she was off, the person kept saying he could help in her absence but I did not want to speak with him after saying I'm dealing with Lauren, I recognised no one and the downgrading attitude towards a staff member shocked me and the vibe didn't feel right staff messing about in a side office and the showroom not a professional feel you would expect so I left and made contact with her directly.
Lauren always has a positive energy and she is always willing to offer support and encouragement whether your buying a car or have a problem one. She is an invaluable asset to any team. Team members and managers should take note.
Lauren is a rare find in today’s world, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity for myself, my family and friends to deal with Lauren thoughtout the years and that's why we come back to you. Referrals and repeat business speaks volumes. Please do not let her leave.
