Excellent Customer Service
When purchasing a new car, I went to the Stellantis and You in Wimbledon. From the first meeting with my Sales Associate to the collection of the new car, I can say that I received excellent customer service. I was taken on two test drives to ensure I chose the correct vehicle. I was met with the utmost patience when I was unsure about my choice of car and details such as exterior and interior colours, specifications and more; I can also say I changed my mind a few times. All the correct information was given without long waits or having to call back.
Everything related to my purchase ran smoothly. On the day of collection, all documents were in place. I was also guided through all the functions of the new car, and all the necessary services were set up. I was even presented with flowers. A couple of days later, I received a follow-up to make sure that all was good.
I can honestly say that I am pleased with my new car and the excellent customer service I received. If you’re considering buying a new car, I highly recommend you check out Stellantis and You—Vauxhall Wimbledon.
