Dan and Any at Stellantis, Maidstone were a real treat to do business with, considering how hard it is still to source new vehicles in the commercial climate of a particular specification they went over and above to facilitate this as quick as possible for us. As the fast pace business we are, they took this on board and really did their up most to accommodate us, nothing was never seemingly too much trouble and the personal touch was certainly noticeable with their approachable manner towards their clients. A brilliant experience from start to finish at Peugeot Birmingham North. Sarika was lovely, very friendly and professional, which made the process a joy - by far my best experience buying a car and well worth the 700 mile round trip from Dundee! On collection, the car was in fantastic condition for a used vehicle, with new tyres, registration plates, fully valet, and MOT and service. Credit also to Harpreet for his handling of the sales process. Absolutely delighted with the car too, my first Peugeot, but will definitely be back for another! Thank you again Sarika!
Excellent customer service
Hi. I was very impressed by how Mr Chris at Stallantis and you in Brentford helped me service my car. He explained to me what needs to be done and when my car will be ready. It was all done on time and he even called me a day later to ask if everything was OK.
I really appreciated the customer service level and would recommend and come back again.

Fantastic service, fantastic staff.
Repair was done with in the time is was told that it would take.
The car was returned to me washed and cleaned.
The staff explained what had been done and were very helpful, professional and polite.
I was also kept informed about the state of my repair throughout the process.

My car was due its service and as i am unwell they came and collected my car serviced it, (keeping me up to date with progress) and then brought it home. I was rung when the service was complete and an issue with my wing mirrors resolved with no fuss. So friendly, so professional, and they even gave the car a clean inside and out. Superb from them. Thank you all very much. I highly recommend this well oiled machine.

Jin has been lovely. He's been super helpful and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the cars and the offers available. I have asked him so many questions and his patience and kindness has been above and beyond. I am so happy with my car and the deal I was given.
