The experiece was great. Chris was helpful as always. Got my service and MOT done. I had a waiting appointment so had a free hot beverage, and enjoyed watching the simpsons on their TV. Great service all over, always a returning customer.

Exceptional Car Buying Experience
I recently purchased a car, and within the process I visited the dealership twice and had a few phone calls with them back and forth, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The sales person I continually dealt with, a woman named ‘Fidan’ was incredibly attentive. She seemed knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. She was patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. There was no hard sell attitude about her, and I didn’t feel misled by her in anyway.
In the days after my purchase, she followed up with me to ensure everything was going well with my new car and reassured me that I could reach out to her if I had any problems or needed any additional support.
Just off of the conduct of ‘Fidan’ alone (although the other staff I encountered seemed friendly and professional) I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

This company had the car I wanted, no hard sell I’d only seen a picture of the car on their website just straight plain English from Kaz the salesman. He sent me a video of the whole car. Great idea. Car sold. I travelled from Edinburgh to Coventry by train, Kaz picked me up at the station, car was on the forecourt. I couldn’t be happier, smooth transaction from start to finish. This guy knows how to treat people…..fairly & honestly ????
