The communication was excellent from start to finish. I put a refundable deposit on a (used) car online in the evening and received a call the next morning to discuss arranging a test drive. David Hawkes at the Preston branch gave us a superb service - good test drive, thorough explanation of the car, all extra options discussed without any pressure, and some helpful options implemented. Car had been beautifully valeted when we collected it a few days later and the whole thing went incredibly smoothly. Paid a bit extra for two year warranty - (one year warranty comes as standard) which made me feel confident as our previous second hand car only had a month warranty and died two days out of expiry.1 year agoThe assistant was very polite and…

Devon was amazing from start to finish! We came into the dealership unsure of what our choice will be, he went through a whole selection of vehicles and explained all the funding options too. At no point did we feel rushed or unsure of what to do. Once we agreed on a price he worked hard to get our vehicle to the payment we needed. We agreed on a deal and he kept in touch with us every step of the way. At no point did we have to contact him or pester him. Throughout the handover he went through all the specifics for the vehicle and made it all understandable.
