Peter was so kind , professional, providing the right level of information about the car, demonstrating car features, test driving, available purchase options and add-on products.
From our perspective, a car purchase should be a positive experience with clear information and let customer to make informed decision.
In last week I have seen 10+ small to mid size dealers , all those were very aggressive sales people who failed to achieve the sale due to their tactics, at least in my case.
Today I have seen such a a caring sales professional Peter Ward. We made a deal on the spot, walked out with positive experience with a little smile.
