Dej was absolutley amazing from the get go! I was able to receive my vehicle after 2 months with a load of additional extras for the same price. I'm very impressed with the service that dej has provided and I would strongly recommend her to anyone coming to stellantis!
Excellent customer service
From start to finish Robert was fantastic. Having never been to Peugot before and not even doing Motability the help, advice and customer support was and has continued to be fantastic. I highly recommend not only Robert but the whole staff at the new site who are punctual and very friendly

Robert was simply great at helping us with our choice of car and trim, having the mobility aids I needed fitted, explained the switch to EV, and communicated really well throughout the whole period. From start to finish it was the best experience I’ve ever had getting a car. There was no judgement of me and my conditions and I was made to feel valued and my questions were valid and answered well.

Fantastic customer service from the service department!
From the first time calling the service department I had the best customer service. Beth took my original call and was lovely. When I told her the poor experience I had had with Peugeot UK, she wanted to make my experience with Peugeot Hatfield a positive one. She booked me a courtesy car for when my was going in. I picked my courtesy car up with no problem at all. They fixed my car in a few days and were completely flexible for me when arranging for me to pick my car up and returning the courtesy car, not pushing me to do it quickly. I cannot thank the whole team enough. I will only use the Hatfield branch in the future even though they are not the closest one for me. Thank you tons to all the service staff xx

We have been to various dealerships looking for a car and have always been treated quite poorly and then we came across Alexander smith at Stellantis & you at Cribbs causeway Bristol who couldn’t have been more amazing and has gone above and beyond every step of the way to help my partner and I! We couldn’t thank Alex enough for his help and guidance and hope many more people decide to use him personally and this garage as it’s fantastic! The showroom is brand new and sparkling with fantastic coffee machines and the staff were all so polite and helpful, overall a perfect experience so thanks again Alex!
Amazing customer service and advice!
We have been looking for a new car for a while but not 100% confident as to what we wanted. When visiting Stellantis Vauxhall Birmingham to browse the cars in stock we were greeted the sale advisor Richard Bissett. I have never in the years of purchasing a car come across a more knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming person. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and gave us the time to explore our options. Even after the sale of the car Richard has kept us up to date on the progress of the car. It puts your faith back into customer service.
