Contacted the dealership on Saturday explained the fault to service advisor who understood my problem and concerns with the vehicle was subsequently booked in for the beginning of the week. Liam, service advisor, greeted me and put my mind at ease straight away as a similar problem has occurred before. Vehicle was repaired the same day and returned to me valeted. Two things that stood out was Liam who looked after the progress of my vehicle from start to finish and kept me informed throughout and secondly the whole team of service advisors helped with some of my questions about Adblue! Habib made my experience of buying a new car really great, he was fun and engaging as well as explaining everything very clearly without getting frustrated no matter how many times I asked. I think he may be overworked though because he said he’d give me the car in February but after my test drive he must’ve forgot and booked me in for March instead which was a bit disappointing. But other than that, excellent customer service and a great asset to their team.Leave us a review
