I'd had a problem with my car key. The key somehow lost the press button bit and it wouldn't work. I took it to a repair shop for shoes, which also did replacement car keys. Never go to one of these places, go straight to Citroen at Chiswick. The repair guy from the shoe shop didn't fix it properly. The door opened, but the car wouldn't start. I went this morning to Citroen Chiswick and I think it was Darren I saw. He explained that a chip inside the key hadn't been swapped over to the new key. He fixed the problem straight away, no charge. He was charming and a pleasure to meet. Sorry if I've rambled on a bit!!1 year agoNew used car

Fantastic!! Lauren was absolutely brilliant throughout my whole car purchasing experience. Lauren explained everything in such detail and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The process was completely stress free considering I needed a car as soon as possible. Lauren kept me updated all the time and I can’t thank her enough for all she did to make sure I had my car by the date needed. I was also spoken to by a manager to congratulate me on my purchase and to make sure everything had gone well.
