Josh Williams and his staff in service were excellent once I made the booking. I had two abs harnesses fitted along with a major service. The work was completed quickly and efficiently within 3 hours and upon collection of my car it looked as new as it was valeted. Had my DS booked in for new tyres & brakes, I couldn't fault the service. I was kept informed at every stage and felt very well looked after. They've done a great job on the car. Their suggestions from the healthcheck has made such a difference to the the feel of the car, it drives so much better. Very smooth process, Lauren invites us in on the vip weekend in February. She was very informative and gave us a very good, competitive deal and Kept us informed on the whole process, going beyond what we was expecting by far (Even when Dan got involved ????). My vehicle went in yday for mot/service . I was served by Emily Allen what a very helpfull lady. I had an issue regarding one of my products ,purchased at another garage . Friendly and professional communication throughout the purchasing process from both Arafat and Lorraine. Very informative initially so I was able to make a considered decision. Sohail Gaba showed amazing customer service and was very helpful throughout my interactions with him. There was no pressure from him to purchase a car, and he was honest and transparent when I asked questions. There is nothing I can fault about my experience at Stellantis & UK Leicester. Everything was seamless, from the first point of contact with Sohail to completing the paperwork and finalizing the purchase.
