Service to another level. Cannot praise Matthew and the whole team enough. Needed super urgent work doing and despite being full they found a way round it with minimal disruption and managed to fit an MOT in at the same time. I had amazing Customer Service from Matthew in the Service team today. He couldn’t do enough for us and was able to squeeze us in at short notice after our car developed an engine fault. The experience was 5* from start to finish- Matthew kept us regularly updated and he delivered on everything he promised as well as going over and above what was required.
