I agreed to purchase a new car from stellantis and at first I found the process very straightforward. Unfortunately due to a delay recieving the vehicle and a clerical error regarding the dual control fitting I was not confident I had made the right decision. Following a complaint I was handed over to Malcolm and he was very helpful and understanding and got things moving.
