I have been supported by the staff at the Sheffield branch of Stellantis for many many years and this car I have just brought is number 4 or 5. Brody Smith went the extra mile to support me in the process Brody was helpful, courteous and very willing to cope with my many questions and requests which made the whole experience a very positive one. I want to thank all the staff at the the Sheffield Stellantis on Penistone Road for there care and support over the years. I am looking forward to that ongoing support with the new car

Annual service and MOT

My car was in for a service and MOT. A new part was required in order to pass the MOT. This was ordered and fitted in a few days. Looking back on the overall experience it was good; the car is back with me and working with little hassle. A few observations: There was a disconnect between what I told the person I booked the appointment with and the person who managed my booking at the service centre. I would have liked the mechanics video to have had clearer audio and more detail. The car is old and I just know how to drive the car and perform the basic checks. It would be nice to receive some sort of unbiased summary of the condition of the vehicle based on age and mileage, But maybe that is wishful thinking in my part. Good points: On the day I left my car to have the new part fitted I was provided with an Uber to get me home and the car was given a clean and valet before I got it back. I felt the final invoice was fair. The staff were polite and helpful.

I found John ioannou who sold me my car explained everything well, kept me up to date throughout the process and was really helpful with all of my questions throughout.a very positive experience.would recommend.
