Thank you Peugeots West London. Having just taken delivery of a brand new electric 208 GT from salesman Akeel. My wife spotted a slight fault in the drivers seat fabric, It was not huge But! As I had paid a lot of money, I wanted it put right. I don’t like to complain,(but). I phoned Akeel but it was his day of, and then he rang me from his home to ask what the problem was. As he was not at work, he said he would ring first thing in the morning. He did. And after a very polite conversation he said that it would be sorted. Sure enough the next day he sent out a curtesy car and took mine back. And hey presto. It came back with a new seat. Thank you Akeel, your a star. 07/09/2024 Ram Customer Care P.O. Box 21-8004 Auburn Hills, Mi. 48321-8004 Hello Dodge Ram Folks: First of all - I am a devoted Dodge Ram aficionado, having owned 4 of these beauties to date. I was preparing to purchase my 5th. Dodge Ram 2500 Power Wagon but have noted that you - or Stellantis have decided for us consumers to eliminate the awesome HEMI V-8 engine in favor of a dual turbo in line 6 cylinder power plant…….Hmmmmm, I think Stellantis is making a big mistake here that will be regrettable. Just when Dodge is closing in on Ford and Chevy in sales - I think this move is risky. There are a multitude of Mopar enthusiasts out here like me that don’t like 6 cylinder engines in PICKUP TRUCKS. I hate to say that I might have to resort to ownership of a Chevy - which I find deplorable - as hillary would say. Can’t Stellantis and you beautiful Michigan folks - (although I hate your state college enemy football team), at least offer a HEMI powered OPTION for 2025 or beyond? Put a freaking turbo on the HEMI, it’s OK with us. Just don’t take a legacy away from us loyal MOPAR lovers. If you don’t re-think this decision, I guarantee sales will decline and I’ll shop elsewhere unless I can find a perfect 2024 / 2500 Ram Rebel or Power wagon somewhere. There are many Mopar aficionados like me out here so give this email a push up the chain to the honchos who can at least try to convince the ownership of these concerns. Just a MoT was needed, but customer service was outstanding. Polite, helpful and efficient at the front desk. Good feedback during the day. MoT was completed on time, and as a bonus, my car was very well cleaned. I was very happy and will be back next year!1 year agoHelpful

Thank you to Dej, Lorraine and the team for making the car buying process so easy and hassle free. Great customer service throughout. I enquired about a car and was sent personalised videos of the exterior and interior which made deciding on a purchase so much easier as I don’t live close by.
