Paul Phillips did an excellent job of finding a suitable used vehicle for me and guided me skilfully and patiently through every step of the way. I had spent a lot of time unsuccessfully searching the web for something that was suitable but Paul quickly found one that ticked all the boxes, and there were a LOT of boxes. He had listened carefully to all our needs. At first I was nervous of paying a deposit before I had seen the car as it had to be brought in from elsewhere e.g. what if the seat was unsuitable for my arthritic hip? but I need not have worried, it was perfect. The staff were very polite and friendly especially Jorge Alcantara our sales rep he made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. It was the first time using motability, but Jorge helped us through the process. Friendly , helpful staff . Relaxing facility . Service carried out efficiently . We live across the other side of Sheffield but have never had any success acquiring a courtesy car , they don’t bother offering now . We currently have an extended warranty + service contract + MOT. Excellent customer service from Kaz, our sales advisor. Nothing is too much trouble for him to explain or show, regarding the car. After sale follow up is excellent also.
