This was the first time that we have purchased a car on line. The sales agent, Lewis Thomas, was great from start to finish. Talked us through the process and explained things clearly and delivered what he said he would. Listened to what we were saying we wanted and delivered against that. Made us aware of the additional products that were available but when we said that things weren't required he didn't continually try to push things we didn't want which was appreciated.1 year ago5 star service!
From calling to book my car service, to collecting my car was a effortless. The service advisor Brandan was attentive, friendly, and helpful. He even managed to sell me a service plan!
