I came in for a fix to my vehicle. The first thing I noticed was the huge improvement to the spaces in the car park. Unlike earlier in the year there was so much space it was a breeze to get a place. The service team were slick and processed me swiftly. I had the opportunity to talk to Cara McSheffrey, who had looked after me when buying the the car. She again helped to check on the progress of the fix to my car. As ever, since 1998, I felt valued at the dealership - the prime reason I keep on coming back. I purchased a C5 Aircross, E-Series Hybrid, following an advert on Autotrader from Stellantis & You Leicester. The process started around the beginning of September, when I spoke to Spencer Marriott. From the start to collecting the car on 26 September 2024, the experience has been brilliant. Spencer was knowledgeable about the car, polite, responded to questions very timely, he was very professional at all times. I live over 90 miles from Leicester so the communication between me and Stellantis & You Leicester had to be good, and it was great. Purchased a car from stellantis & you in Guildford with Aislinn. I was expecting the whole experience to be difficult due to my car which i part-exchanged having some mechanical issues but from the first second to the last Aislinn made this experience a very easy and straight forward one. Even when a issue did pop afterwards and I was dreading ringing due to what I'd be told, again Aislinn sorted the issue out within a few hours.
