Booking the appointment was easy and the reminder a few days before was sensible. On the day, booking in was quick and documents to be signed were to hand. At collection time, useful information was given about tyres and help offered to get out of a crowded vehicle park. We went to Stellantis Cribbs Causeway Bristol with a complex Motability issue which needed a quick response. Robert instantly understood and gave us great service.
