I took my vehicle for a MOT and service and had the option to wait for the work to be completed. That was a great option for me as I could carry on working on my PC in the facility with free refreshments available. Nova Gosai was friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. She reassured us, explained everything clearly, personally supervised our test drive, and delivered the vehicle to our home. During October 2024 I made an enquiry about A change to an elaectric vehicle. I was invited by Kara McSheffrey to discuss this possibility. I still had two years to run on my PCP. The deal was for the same money I could drive a new Peugeot 208 self Charging Car. This was explained to me and seemed a great half Step to Fully Electric.
