I came over from a different dealership and was very pleased with the warm welcome from Kara Mcsheffrey who looked after my needs wonderfully and got me a great deal on a used C3. The car is like new, and everything was handled so smoothly, I was driving away within a week with my old car traded in. Lauren was particularly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable with my decision. The team, including Mark, went above and beyond to help meet my requirements and find the right deal for me. From the test drive to collection, the process was smooth and well-handled.
