After a rocky start speaking with the main dealers, i was left nervous and not very happy .. until Jess down at Stellantis Abbey Lane helped me. jess was excellent, she communicated throughout so i wasn't left feeling frustrated, everything was done in a timely manner. I had text messages, emails and calls so her service was brilliant. She even got the mechanic to explain the issues to me which was really helpful. Over all the service from Jesse and the team has been like a breathe of fresh air, so THANKYOU VERY MUCH
