Spencer is the man!
Spencer is the man! He was super helpful and friendly when it came to looking at a new 2008 for myself. He and the team and very knowledgeable about the cars and very welcoming and kind. Thank you so much again to Spencer and Paul (who was also very helpful) for making the experience as nice as it was.

Good customer service
Danny on reception and Andy Reid in sales were both very helpful and made me feel welcome. The car service was up to the standard expected Danny kept me updated throughout the day and everything was complete to time ...and the coffee was good.

We dealt with a very nice, un pushy salesman called Kaz. He gave us time and space to examine the car and think about whether we wanted to proceed.
At no point did he attempt to to hassle us. Most used car salespeople would do well to adopt Kaz’s manner

Came in to get some information on how to claim cosmetic repair, spoke to Pritpal who was very helpful and patience. He also set up an app for this on my phone.

From the very beginning, we were looked after by Sue McGow, and she was absolutely fantastic.Sue is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure the process was smooth and stress-free.
You don’t often come across people who make such a difference — but Sue truly did. We are extremely happy with the car and grateful for her outstanding support.

Paul was simply amazing!
Paul was simply amazing! I had a rough idea as to what I wanted but Paul made the job so much easier for me. Whether this be showing me different cars or breaking down the figures - it genuinely felt as though he wanted the best for me.
Within 30 seconds of stepping into the store, Paul approached me and offered to help straight away. He wasn’t overdoing it, he let me have my time and came back to me when I’d had a look around - this was perfect!
Paul is a really genuine guy and helped me secure the deal that was right for me. His personality helped, so easy to talk to and straight to the point which is what you want. I haven’t even started talking about the car yet…
The car is gorgeous and drives ever so smoothly. My experience with Paul was amazing and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. For anyone going into the store, look for PAUL!
