Excellent customer service from Sue!! She has been amazing. I had issues with the warranty provider due to a system issue and Sue went above and beyond to keep me updated at every step of the way. She is honest, professional and didn’t stop until she got the correct outcome. The warranty was provided by a third party, but Sue made sure I was looked after and the issue was resolved.
